Relesys is on the look-out for a VP of Sales EMEA who is a strategic thinker with a strong SaaS experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have a key role in strengthening our Sales Execution capabilities in Europe We are on an ambitious growth journey, and we are now looking for a VP of Sales EMEA to join our rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help scale up the business as well as develop and head up our Sales in Europe fueling the future growth of Relesys Joining Relesys is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious SaaS company and make your mark on Relesys’ future foundation and expansion – an important steppingstone to achieve our ambitious goals and be a key person in the growth that will supporting our clients in reaching, engaging, and uniting their workforce in one single platform Depending on where you are located, you will be working from either our beautiful HQ in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen or in our London Office Your key responsibilities: * Ensure that the sales targets and KPIs for commercial operations teams are met * Drive our international expansion and go-to-market strategy for new markets in close cooperation with the rest of the management * Set up processes for recruiting, training, and mentoring a world-class international team of sales executives and managers * Participate actively in enterprise sales on must-win customers * Define and implement a performance monitoring process for all sales channels and markets * Define annual sales budget alongside CEO/CCO/CFO * Report key performance indicators and findings to the rest of the leadership team and the Board of Directors * Closely collaborate with marketing to refine client acquisition and lead generationWho are you:We are looking for a colleague with extensive experience and credibility within Sales & Market Execution. You are a strong growth strategizer and executor. You understand how to engage others and create change & results through others. * You have a minimum of +5 years’ experience in sales leadership, customer acquisition, and consultative sales * You have demonstrated experience in successfully building, scaling, and leading an international and integrated sales team including both Customer Success and Sales & Account Management * You have a proven ability to execute and control B2B software sales processes to SMEs/enterprise account customer base from a larger software or SaaS company. * You have strong experience from leading international market expansion * You have in-depth experience in setting quantitative and qualitative KPIs, and managing individual and team performance * High empathy leader who cares and invests in the team and with proven ability to build, grow and manage high performing teams * Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions – you are always on top of commercial KPIs * Nonpolitical, you embrace an open and honest communication style, challenge ideas and demonstrate a collaborative working style * Fluency in English is a mustWhen do you start? * We are looking for a candidate to start asap, but no later than October 1st! * Apply for the position by sending your CV through the Apply button.We can’t wait to hear from you!
