VP Finance and Operations – Whistleblower Software – Aarhus

Are you passionate about building and scaling an operational department in a fast-paced SaaS start-up?Whistleblower Software is on an exciting journey to change how companies work with their speak-up culture. Whistleblowing in a big organisation is often complicated and challenging. It comes with a significant personal risk for the employee, who is loyal to the company and “blows the whistle” about unethical behaviour. We are on a mission to make it easier for European companies to do the right things and act more responsible.Read more about what we do here: * https://finans.dk/erhverv/ECE14447848/whistleblower-software-henter-tocifret-millionbeloeb-og-topche… * https://techcrunch.com/2022/10/05/whistleblow-while-you-work-this-startup-wants-to-make-it-easier-to… ABOUT THE ROLEFrom your first day in the role, you will lead our existing team of a part-time financial controller and two external consultants doing financial controlling and bookkeeping.
