The Role We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Specialist for our VM& SD team (Visual Merchanding & Store Design) . You will be responsible for a seamless production and coordination of our visual merchandising and coordination of event activities across the Nordics on the brands you will be responsible for . You will report directly to the Nordic VM&SD Manager and work closely with the relevant brand teams and our field and operational team. With your customer-centric approach, you will secure perfect execution within Visual Merchandising. More specifically, you will apply brand guidelines to all permanent fixtures, own stores, counters, and makeup gondolas and coordinate VM materials for retailers and brands’ events. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:   Secure seamless coordination of Visual Merchandising projects between our local commercial teams, brand team and the VM team in the head office in Paris, as well as external vendors and our retail partners Forecast VM in close collaboration with Trade, Product and Earned/Owned Media Marketing Managers Handle projects on all updates on specific brand design fixtures Plan and execute update s and campaigns incl. lightboxes, LED, windows, promotions, etc. Manage local design and production of point of sales, print, and in-store/retailer event material Order VM items in collaboration with customer service to manage back orders Planning and coordination of VM material for store openings as well as updating planograms by Retailer and door type Manage the order flow, such as Shopping cart, Purchase Order creation and account ledgers Present to, follow up, and coordinate with field force, together with maintaining visual merchandising overview on each door   Brief of agencies   Coordination of maintenance projects Qualifications Your Key Qualifications You have an education in Visual Merchandising or Marketing You have at least 2 years of experience within Visual Merchandising or similar project management roles You have a solid financial and business understanding You have strong project management skills You are a solid user in Excel and have some experience with Adobe InDesign. It is an advantage if you also have SAP qualifications and experience with creating PO´s etc., but not a must You are fluent in English both written and spoken Your Profile You approach your tasks structured, systematically and with excellent attention to detail.  Adhering to timelines and deadlines is essential to you, and you do so with a proactive and positive attitude.  You are highly interested in luxury brands and their consumer lifecycle.  You are passionate about creating a consumer-focused instore experience. You are a team player with a high energy level.  You are proactive, and you thrive to work with many kinds of projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
