Job description A branded insurance group that underwrites mergers and acquisitions deals in order for buyers and sellers to de-risk transactions by the provision of warranty and indemnity insurance are looking to appoint an Underwriter to the Nordics team in Copenhagen. The business is comprised of first-class attorneys across Europe that have move into M&A underwriting – the Nordics team focus on Nordics governed deals with submissions received via the global broking community. We are looking to speak to Corporate Attorney with an interest in M&A and appetite to move into a commercial and risk driven role.
