The Job’s MissionAs a Territory Sales Manager Joint Replacement, you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Joint Replacement products. Our Joint Replacement solutions offer a combination of market-leading implants for the hip and knee along with Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Technology that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with procedural excellence. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise. Find more information about the products: & and Your key responsibilities: In your new role, after a familiarization phase with product trainings, you will take over sales activities in the field for our Joint Replacement product portfolio in the region South Denmark. You will implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with orthopaedical surgeons, hospital administrations and purchasing departments. With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff in its OR use during workshops. You will provide customer care for physicians, surgical theatre staff, and hospital administration and sterilization departments. This will include working within a theatre and clinical environment. After an inhouse training phase, you will provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of Stryker’s Mako robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments, as well as any primary case required need to insure ideal placement and precision. Further, you will provide with clinical product support also as on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will work closely with other team members within the defined region, and the National Sales Manager, to ensure customer service levels are best in class. Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings in order to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact. What are we looking for? You already have gained sales experience within medical devices or Clinical support experience, for example as a medical field technician, paramedics, nurse, physiotherapist, application specialist or similar. Ideally, you can provide Hip & Knee or orthopaedical product knowledge. You have a strong enthusiasm for medical technology and your passion and ambition for selling complex products with the best possible customer service is very important to you. You appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and have a talent for building and maintaining networks. You are able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
