As Technical Support Specialist for AGITO Medical you will support the business in sustaining its position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of medical equipment rentals. You will support the business in ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality interventions.You are responsible for· Handling internal technical requests, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution· Performing technical interventions on various modalities of diagnostic imaging equipment· Delivering technical support on sales enabling activities· Performing, testing, staging and repairing diagnostic imaging equipment· Compiling documentation of system specifications, functionality and quality· Performing incoming checks of diagnostic imaging equipment by identifying deviances with system specifications· Daily monitoring and maintenance of cold storage and cooling installation· Improving working procedures through standardization, formalization and simplification of current processes· Driving consistent quality outputs and improvements across the technical support team· Coordinating technical task prioritizations in a logical time interval with high level of stakeholder communication· Delivering key performance indicators contributing to the overall target (team target, not individual budget).You are a part ofAGITO Medical, which is 100% owned by Philips and part of the multi-vendor division within Services and Solutions Delivery.
