How to contribute to our vision As our new Technical Project Manager (Engineering manager) you will be responsible for Rotor & Nacelle components with focus on design, supporting projects in sales, contract negotiations, production, pre-assembly, installation & commissioning as well as ensuring overall compliance with respect to engineering tasks of the sub-package.Other responsibilities will be:Maintain time schedule and budget for the sub-package.Ensure interdisciplinary (Tower, Electrical, SCADA) coordination between sub-packages.Deliver complete documentation package internally. Resource allocation in cooperation with the project manager and line management.Proactive approach to knowledge sharing among Engineering Managers.Develops technological concepts as input for system and solution development.Scope, Risk and Stakeholder ManagementWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You are a motivated engineer, ideally with a MSc in mechanical, industrial, civil, manufacture, technology or offshore engineering. You should be used to handle many different stakeholders and interfaces.
