You will drive the technical solutions and facilitate reviews with the internal design team, multiple sub-suppliers, and solution providers.Ensuring a transfer of knowledge and documentation towards our sub supplier to make it possible for them to build prototypes and implement the product in the production. You will also actively take part in the test phase of projects to ensure coordination among the departments to ensure a prober handed over to relevant stakeholders on time.You will be the interlink between various stakeholders internally and externally and acquire and allocate necessary resources for a successful execution of the projectWhat you need to make a differenceYou are passionate about renewable energy and the sense of the importance to lead the change.We are looking for candidates with a degree in electrical engineering, project management or similar. Experience working with agile methodologies and work environment is beneficial in this position.A solid technical understanding together with good analytical skills and a strong physical understanding that lets you combine your skills with common sense. Experience within leadership, project management, line management or otherwise is preferred, and you should know how to set a good example through leading rather than instructing.To be successful in this position it is required that you are structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable. You possess the ability to work both independently and in teams with an outgoing and proactive attitude toward your work.
