Technical Applications Specialist – AGC Biologics – Copenhagen

JOB SUMMARY As a member of the AGC Biologics IT Team in Copenhagen you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the continuity of service of the GMP-, and development of non-GMP business applications, throughout the Copenhagen AGC Biologics site. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Main point of contact of all scientific applications; GMP and non-GMP, and support of existing applications within the infrastructure: and assisting with installation of new. Troubleshoot issues with the applications related to performance and/or functionality. Working with third party vendors and technicians to engage and facilitate external support as necessary. Maintain detailed documentation and inventory of all applications. Detailed recording of work and communication with customers via ITSM system Ensure that daily, weekly & monthly checks are completed, and internal operating procedures are followed. Day-to-day operational support of the applications. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or other related field(s) preferred or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Three years of experience in a similar position – this is not an entry level position.Excellent written and verbal English communications skills. Comfortable and mobile in the restrictive clothing required for working in a complex manufacturing environment. Excellent customer service mindset, demonstrated through experience in previous service-oriented roles. Demonstrated ability to absorb and convey detailed technical information, verbally and in documentation. Productive in a team structure, including timely completion of individual deliverables without extensive or any direct supervision. Demonstrated ability to forge good relationships with all stakeholders. Experience working with a ITSM tool on a daily basis (ServiceNow or similar) Preferred: Experience working in a GMP environment (strong preference)ITIL v3 or v4 foundation certificate. Experience with complex multidomain / multiply segmented network environments. Proficiency in Danish language. Experience with server administration.
