As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of a professional and new established team in EMEA that is responsible meeting the business needs and for recruiting the right talent. You will work cross organizational with all hiring managers and by time you can develop your own field of expertise. You will drive a pipeline of recruitments from A-Z by building a talent pipeline securing an inflow of applicants. Your most fine task will be to partner with the business and understand what the pain points and opportunities could be. Therefor it comes naturally to interact with hiring managers and to spare with your stakeholders – some of them is our global leaders and you need to coordinate with recruiters in US or APAC. To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to making recruitment strategy, assessing candidates, conducting interviews and assessment feedback, working with recruitment marketing, analyzing recruitment analytics, create brand awareness etc. You will also play an important part in educating our leaders in “How to recruit within in EMEA”. You must know that we are growing rapidly and therefor you will focus most of your time on filling positions, updating our SAP-based ATS and coordinating with the business. Including administrative tasks and sourcing since we do not have an assistant in the team. We prefer that you are based in Odense, Denmark, but if you have the right competencies, you can be based anywhere in EMEA from your home office. We are driven by honesty and act with integrity – #WhoAreU The length of your experience is less important to us; however, we do require that you have experience in working with: European recruiting Sales, marketing and perhaps engineering recruitment Recruitment analytics We imagine that you have academic qualifications and preferably you hold: A BSc or a Master like e.g. cand.merc.HR or cand.soc.HR, MHO, MPO, MPP etc. Multiple assessment certificates like e.g. PI, Raven, Hogan etc. As English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English. As a person you are independent, but still a team player. You are motivated by solving complex tasks and still you are very practical in the way you approach things.
