This by headhunting, networking and ensuring that you are well informed of the trends in the candidate market in order to reach the relevant talents out there. You enjoy working closely with the business, using your strong acumen to fully grasp their upcoming needs.About the jobHR is a well-integrated part of the organization, and you will have both operational and strategic tasks within Talent Acquisition. You will be a part of a continuous journey to move from a post-and-pray approach, to work proactively with headhunting ourselves, partnering with the business to in the best possible way deliver the best quality talents that matches their needs, and on time.You report to the Talent Acquisition Manager of Denmark and Sweden and can be based in either Kolding, Aalborg or Søborg. You will however support all sites in Denmark if needed, as well as being the rubber band for Sweden and the rest of Europe.What you knowTo succeed in this position, you:Have 3+ years in full cycle recruiting, ideally within a global and complex environmentPossess solid sourcing skills with a strong track record of converting passive candidates into hiresAre experienced using key recruiting tools and recruiting talent marketing channels such as ATS, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards etc.Consider yourself to be data driven with the ability to use data in support of making informed hiring decisionsHave excellent English skills both oral and written.Employer Branding experience is an advantageWhat´s in it for youWe offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
