System Test Lead – Siemens Gamesa – Skovlunde

How to contribute to our visionYou are line responsible for the System Test SCRUM team located in Denmark.You lead the entire set of System Test SCRUM teams including the ones located in India.You ensure test planning, tracking, reporting and escalation if needed.You work closely together with the team of System Test Architects and Product Owners (POs) to ensure a clear backlog, including improvements initiatives coming from the teams. You will grow to take on the PO responsibility.You handle all relevant stakeholders in SI and SWS to ensure the needed progress on enablers as well as impediments. You do this by empowering the team, while keeping the overview and stepping in should difficulties arise.You work closely together with the teams and architects to identify improvements and enablers.With your deep knowledge of test principles and test automation, you will interact with all product test teams in the development Agile Release Trains to ensure collaboration, reusability, and consistent test level throughout the value chain.You will contribute to ensuring the same high-quality standard as the company endeavors into Hydrogen and Hybrid power plants.What you need to make a differenceYou have an academic degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. You preferably have an ISQTB certification, but your passion for Test automation and SW Test Management in a CD environment is most important.You have expert knowledge of BDD as requirements and test management process.You have expert knowledge of test automation in an agile environment.You have expert knowledge of SW test and governance hereof.You have strong analytical skills, that enable you to understand the features of a complex system of systems.You have strong people skills, that enable you to seek the needed results in an agile an environment.You have extensive experience in test and test automation of non-functional areas including security.You can work within a team to achieve common objectives.You are ‘hands-on’ and can get things done in a maintainable mannerYou take ownership of individual tasks and can drive changes at an organizational level.You have experience in applying agile software development practices (e.g. SAFe)You are motivated by and interested in automation and SW developmentYou have excellent English verbal and written language skills – a basic understanding of Danish is advantageousAs always, we understand you might not tick all the boxes, but if you feel you are on the right path, please still send in your application. In return of your commitment we offer you…Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come.
