Swedish-/Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Consultant (Part-time position) – Planday – Copenhagen

As part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Support Team as Customer Support Consultant (part-time) , supporting Sweden and Norway . In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers, in terms of questions they have or support they would need on the Planday platform. You’ll join a team of currently nine part-time and eighteen full-time colleagues in supporting our customers with their questions about Planday. You can expect to work with the following: Communicate with our customers via telephone, online chat and email Answer questions about how to use Planday and providing best practices for scheduling and administration Analyze data and troubleshoot issues before passing them onto a second line of technical support Form the link between customers and our product/engineering team Find the best solutions for your customers and team, wherever your initiative takes you Requirements If you see yourself in some of the points below, great – we’re excited to learn more about you! You speak and write English, as well as Swedish and/or Norwegian fluently (other languages are considered a plus) You are available to work a minimum of 16 hours a week, across different day, evening and weekend shifts. – We are very flexible with scheduling exams, and you will take part of the monthly scheduling You are motivated to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical problems in a timely manner You love helping people and setting a positive tone of communication You are proactive, like problem-solving and can think outside of the box You want to develop your customer service and technical skills within an innovative and international company Ideally, you would have at least one year left in your studies – but we would love to hear from you even if you don’t.
