ResponsibilitiesAs you will be participating in shaping this role and the future of how the department approaches Supply Chains you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: In union with your SIOP colleagues you will align and direct the monthly SIOP activities, and the S&OP sign off with the contemporary Supply Chain and Vestas’ regional business units Coordinate Root Cause Analysis and close follow up on KPI’s in collaboration with the regional and global supply chain teams. You should also expect to be part of defining new and appropriate KPI’s for your team Lead weekly coordination calls to understand the contemporary status of the supply chain, to assist you in realizing improvement potential and ensure best in class supply chain performance Investigate improvement potential in end-to-end supply chain and steer development activities across the global supply chain organization, including regional stakeholders QualificationsNow you have somewhat of an understanding of what the job implies, but more importantly, who are you?… We are looking for person who likes being around colleagues and who are willing to go the extra mile together with the team to get the job done… Our working environment is hectic and require a person who are persistent, have a flexible and analytic mindset and an emphatic approach.
