Rewards is a global, diverse team consisting of 10+ dedicated colleagues working daily with compensation, benefits and bonus programs with the purpose of ensuring equal opportunities in remuneration for all colleagues of the LEGO Group. In this role, you will work closely together with our Reward professionals and other internal stakeholders at the LEGO Group.Do you have what it takes? Enrolled student in an HR, Business, Economics, Administration, Marketing and/or related field You are able to analyse, identify trends within the data and present it in an easy-to-understand formatYou are able to work independently with the data sources to produce relevant outputsYou are curious by nature and eager to learnYou find energy working with data and have an eye for details You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience with Power BI is a plus but not necessary You are able to work around 15 hours per week with a minimum of 1 day in our office in BillundWhat’s in it for you?
