Being a part of the team From our locations in Copenhagen and Kraków we are leading Lundbeck’s global efforts to develop and sustain ethical business processes. Our global organization with 17 Regional Compliance Officers helps the commercial affiliates implement the global principles and procedures. We enable ethical business decisions that reflect our societal commitments and show that compliance is integral to our Sustainability strategy. You will be part of a team of six full-time employees and 2-3 students in Copenhagen, with six colleagues based in Krakow working dedicated to developing ethical business processes and operationalizing Lundbeck’s SDG commitment. Your job and key responsibilities You will learn how business ethics requirements and sustainability initiatives are put into action and will be involved in various tasks such as: Develop and assist in global employee campaigns and initiatives to strengthen our global efforts e.g., support the yearly Code of Conduct training Support activities in relation to our Global Compliance Organization Support the ongoing enhancement and implementation of Lundbeck’s Third Party Management process Support transparency processes related to interactions with Healthcare Professionals, patients, and their respective organizations Handle compliance requests from various stakeholders Update internal and external websites Shared student administrative tasks and office support e.g., invoice management, IT software license administration, archiving of agreements and onboarding of new colleagues To succeed in the role, you: Are interested in working with business ethics and sustainability, and your study focus is economics, business, law, or other relevant fields Communicate with excellence and enjoy collaborating in a global context Have a flair for IT and experience with developing PowerPoint presentations Comfortable in managing large amounts of data and facts Are thorough in your approach, but can move fast when it is needed Are eager to understand business ethics and sustainability requirements in details Approach routine or more demanding tasks with the same positive attitude and is a true team player Further information The working hours are 15-20 hours per week and the location is Valby, Copenhagen. Your work can be arranged flexibly according to your lectures, exams etc. Similarly, we expect flexibility and commitment from you in terms of business deadlines. We expect you to be able to stay with us for +1 year before you graduate.
