Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training, and project portfolio. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a distributed team of more than 70 dedicated colleagues.Do you have what it takes?Preferably you hold a university degree within Finance or another relevant education, including certification in Project ManagementFurther your superpowers include a proven finance and HR understanding from production and sales companies.Senior experience with leading large cross functional projectsOutstanding planning skills with proficiency in using project management toolsEnd to End mentality and understanding of business processes in a company with a global footprint and multi-cultural environmentStrong communication, facilitation and management skillsResult oriented and able to succeed by building a motivated and engaged project team through strong indirect leadership Demonstrated strong leadership skills- and toolset being a teammateWe would love to meet applicants from a diverse set of backgrounds!#LI-SG2What’s in it for you?
