SP&S Productivity Manager – Siemens Gamesa – Kolding

How to contribute to our vision As the productivity manager you will be responsible for the training and coaching of the Spare Parts and Suppliers team within the respective function both in globally and across all regions according to the productivity guidelines.You will act as a first point of contact to the related Project Managers and Corporate Performance Management and be providing expertise, guidance and training in Siemens Gamesa’s productivity guidelines to ensure we reach quantitative impact. You will be responsible for creating and driving strategic roadmaps for projects and ensure realization of productivity initiatives according to the investment process concept impacting the Service Business Unit. Furthermore, you will organize and manage the handover to the receiving parties and support with implementation.You will ensure agreed upon measures are captured and the reporting is up to date in One Puma Web, together with making quality spot checks and best practice sharing on a continuous basis with Spare Parts and Supplies functions across regions.You should create an environment where we capture new ideas that can contribute to the closing of the gap-to-target including but not limited to workshops with the involved parties (ordering, delivering and receiving party) and other creative initiatives.What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… We are looking for candidates with some experience in project management and has a good technical understanding. 2-5 years of experience working with productivity is required. Preferably with an engineering background or a similar skill set.You will be working with an international team and be doing collaborations with productivity controllers from across the world, so international and multicultural experience will be considered a benefit for this position. You should be a team player with a passion for continuous improvement, with good people management skills and ability to motive and engage colleagues to follow your example.
