Together, we are responsible for the globalisation and digitalisation of all people related processes in Novo Nordisk. We are building solutions to deliver high quality HR services as well as great tools for leaders to engage and develop their teams. As a Solution Architect you will work closely with both HR and IT stakeholders to understand the business requirements and contribute to the solution design and implementation in close collaboration with our developers and implementation partners.You will work in an Agile Release Train based on the SAFe® framework and engage with multiple agile teams to guide on roadmap, articulate enablers, and ensure compliant and future-proof solution designs. The architectural vision and continuous delivery pipeline are defined and driven in close collaboration with product management, product owners and peer architects.The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark. QualificationsYou need to be able to bridge between the technically skilled people in the IT organisation and the more process-oriented people in the global HR organisation. Setting direction and communicating a compelling purpose and vision with passion. You work seamlessly with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements. We would like you to showcase the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. IT, engineering or similar and have several years of experience within the HR technology domain.Deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors suite and preferably expertise within one or more of key SuccessFactors modules like: Recruiting & Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Learning & Talent Management.Strong analytical skills, personal drive and ability to deliver quality work on parallel activities and still reach deadlines.Excellent communication skills and mastering virtual collaboration are a must. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement. About the DepartmentThe position is anchored in our HRIT Architects department within HRIT, which is a global organisation consisting of approx. 80 employees based in Denmark, India and the US, and team members are placed closely to HR teams for better collaboration and hands-on business support.  Our HRIT Architects department currently consists of 10 co-located, very experienced and highly engaged Solution Architects focusing on different HR processes and technologies.
