Your role: We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about providing our customers with the best showroom experience. You’ll be working in our showroom in Kongens Lyngby and will report to the Department Sales Manager working closely with our international teams based in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and the USA. This role is Part Time and Showroom-based (5 – 20 hours per week) Main tasks: Advise and guide the customers in the showroom. Help calculate price estimates for the customers. Assist the sales team with answering the telephone and providing email customer support. Ensure the execution of exhibition-related tasks including Brewing coffee, refilling soda, daily cleaning in the showroom, ongoing care of exhibited kitchens, Purchases for the showroom, etc. Requirements What we’re looking for: You’re outgoing, service minded and want to help customers by providing a good and welcoming service. It is important to us that the customer has a good experience, and you will help create it. It should come naturally to you to work in a structured way. Someone who can keep an overview in stressful situations. You can work within the following days Monday-Friday 10-18 and Saturday 10-15 and/or Sunday 10-14. An exact schedule will be made together with the Department Sales Manager. Start: As soon as possible Salary by agreement It’s a plus if you also have the following: An understanding and interest in the design and kitchens industry.
