The Technology department is based at our HQ office in Strandgade, in the heart of Copenhagen. This is the job As Service Delivery Manager, ERP, you will be responsible for ensuring that our ERP platforms and associated services keeps supporting and maintaining the processes within Flying Tiger Copenhagen across all business verticals, together with the Engineering teams. You will also assist doing discovery on the various ERP systems across the markets to shift control over to the Operability department, where the Service Delivery Manager will be based. In parallel, you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the platforms while using your leadership to guide the resources and partners operating the platforms. With the same focus on technology infrastructure, you will also be involved into any new emerging ERP technologies including product selections while ensuring the relevant service wrap is offered from implementation. Primary Responsibilities Ensuring the platforms meet the needs of the organization while establishing an initial service wrap for current AX and NAV platforms. Work with the programs, architecture & engineering, integration and data teams, ensuring proper establishment of operability services on any new incoming platforms or requirements. Manage updates, upgrades, and maintenance of the various ERP platforms with our partners and engineering teams Ensuring the platform is secure and meets data privacy requirements Ensuring the employees and vendors working within the platforms provide the training and support to end users Ensure monitoring of platform performance and availability is delivered Managing relationships with senior leaders, managing directors, vendors and third-party service providers across Technology and the business Staying informed of industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously improve the platforms. This is you: You have a minimum of 4 years experience working with ERP systems, preferably as an internal resource at a company, or alternatively as a consultant. Ability to work directly with internal stakeholders, including senior staff and managers, with focused development teams to ensure successful translation of requirements into high-quality product deliverables. A proven track record as a Product/Platform Owner, business analyst, architect, or product manager. Retail experience is desired but not a requirement Strong organization skills to balance and prioritize work Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication skills to communicate with stakeholders, support personnel, and management Ability to work independently and as part of a small self-organizing teams This is us Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a company with strong values founded in Scandinavian culture.
