How to contribute to our visionFor our System Integration Department within the SW Division, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer for our metrics & tools development team.In System Integration we fulfill the role of a Solution level System Team in SAFe. Which means that we are responsible for. the SW test strategy, the enforcement of it, and the creation and maintenance of our CI build- and test environments in which automated tests are executed. We are responsible for the definition, implementation and operation of all Solution level tests.The introduction of Metrics is a strategic goal of the department; our team has been given the responsibility of introducing it. You will be a key developer in a team working with metrics and data analytics using our new metrics framework where we from system team will help the development teams creating insight into various aspects of our SW development organization from agile teams’ level up until portfolio level. The team works with the complete value chain from collecting the data from various tools, data processing and analytics until presenting them in the way we have agreed with our stakeholders.The team is also doing tools development to support our test teams and the release workflow. Despite your strong focus on the Metrics development, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of features in the tools area as well.For exploring new opportunities, we are collaborating with universities and student workers about metrics and data analytics and we also expect you to play an active role in maintaining and developing these relations.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.To become the ideal candidate, you have an academic degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and have worked several years as a SW developer with a passion for transforming data into SW metrics and KPI’s.
