Senior QA Professional for AP Capacity Expansion Projects In Novo Nordisk we drive our business to the benefit of patients. To be able to bring new innovative treatments to patients worldwide, we are expanding our capacities to support the company portfolio of future oral and injectable pharmaceuticals. Therefore, we are establishing new, ground-breaking production facilities utilising modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalised processes. The facilities will be situated in the Greater Copenhagen area. In the quality organisation supporting the capacity expansions (Investment Portfolio QA), we have an open position as Senior Quality Assurance Professional. The role will oversee the entire project lifecycle from design, construction to final qualification of facilities, equipment, and IT. The facilities are for pharmaceutical production and must be designed in accordance with cGMP requirements (current Good Manufacturing Practice). The position You will be part of a QA team allocated to a project, participating with the project team throughout the project phases performing quality assurance and setting direction for implementation of cGMP. As QA professional you will be part of a QA team reporting to a Senior Manager. You will have the chance to be part of all aspects of project execution, get in depth knowledge of cGMP requirements for facilities and be involved in the quality oversight both at the facility and at our suppliers abroad. A key prerequisite for success will be the ability to communicate and explain the intent of the GMP requirements for the project team members and relevant project stakeholders. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A Master’s degree within science or equivalent Extensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry In depth knowledge of QA, GMP requirements and production Experience with validation activities Full English proficiency Strong communication skills On a personal level, you enjoy close teamwork, are a strong motivator of others and can stay balanced, when the waves get high.
