The manufacturing development unit within Injectable Finished Products is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the development and scaling of deep learning technology on inspection machines across our global manufacturing network. The position Your main area of responsibility will be to drive the global deep learning project. You will lead the day-to-day work across development, piloting, operations and scaling ensuring full transparency on plans and execution. All of this you will do in close collaboration with the development team which consists of deep learning subject matter experts, data scientists and data engineers from our global IT organization. Broad experience using agile project tools in various industries, preferably production or IT. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven record of working with stakeholders on all levels.Knowledge in LEAN/Scrum frameworks. Strong change management skills.Strong cross-cultural skills and preferably international experience from work or studies. Proven interest, training or practical experience in statistical methods or advanced analytics/deep learning. About the department You will be based in Bagsværd and be part of the Future AP Manufacturing Intelligence department which consists of project managers/scrum masters, statisticians, data scientists & engineers and students – we are currently 12 people in the team. In this position, you will be at the front line of development within the use of modern technology across Novo Nordisk. You will have a direct impact on the way we work with deep learning technology by driving a global project across our manufacturing network. We have ~15 inspections lines placed in Denmark, USA, China, Brazil and France where the current vison system to detect defects will be replaced with deep learning algorithms in order to decrease false reject rates and improve detection accuracy enabling Novo Nordisk to serve more patients with even higher quality.
