The positionAs our Senior Project Manager, you will be leading a Project Core Team focused on delivering our products into production in an engaging and motivating way. You will become a part of a team, where ideas are turned into actions in a variety of early and late-stage development projects and Life-Cycle Management projects. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in Køge. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading projects activities through the different stages from proof of concept, through product characterization and process development, technology transfer to large scale manufacturing (incl. Contract Manufacturing Organisations), and life cycle management. You will also be involved in activities with raw materials, planning of large-scale manufacturing, development of upscaling for full-scale manufacturing, cleaning activities, as well as compiling and presenting strategies and plans for internal and external stakeholders. Last but not least, you will provide a continuous overview of what is happening from a process perspective. QualificationsYou hold an M.Sc. in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, life-science, or another relevant field within pharmaceutical scienceYour degree is supplemented by at least 5 years of industry project management experience, with expertise gained from working in GxP regulated facilities with product development and/or manufacturingCMO experience would be advantageousExtensive stakeholder management experience is requiredProcess transfers and manufacturing process development experience as well as process understanding is crucialYou are fluent in written and spoken English and, you are willing to learn Danish, if you don’t know it already On a personal level, you have a lot of enthusiasm to push your tasks forward and interact with your co-workers.
