The position You will play a key role in the environmental support of an API production, help set direction in a newly established environmental team, end become the go-to person. Your responsibilities will include: Assist and advice colleagues in their daily responsibilities Work on projects to implement new regulations for the API production (Annex 1) Work on upcoming facility upgrade project in our cultivation part of the production (rebuild of our production) Possibly work on upcoming new facility projects in our department. Handle deviations, systematic problem solving, change requests, validations etc. Participate in setting direction in the team. Qualifications: To be considered for this position you: Have several years of experience within environmental support in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably from Novo Nordisk. Experience with writing deviations, change requests, risk assessments, process verification reports etc. GMP knowledge Have experience with driving project. As a person you are capable of coaching and guiding less experienced colleagues, therefore you are expected to have great collaboration skills with both your colleagues and across the organization with stakeholders. About the department Biotech and Rare Disease BRD API is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of rare disease such as haemophilia and growth hormone disorders. Our department covers the entire value chain from fermentation of product in the host cell, over column purification to finished freeze-dried product. We are around 130 people collaborating across seven different teams consisting of operators, technicians, IT and academics. You will join our newly established Environment and Quality team, where you will have 9 immediate collaboration partners with both technical and academic backgrounds. Our areas of responsibility are WFI, HVAC, cleaning, gowning and environmental monitoring and classification of production areas.
