Let’s make a lasting impact together!Core ResponsibilitiesAs a part of the lead team, the Senior Marketing Manager will:Drive product and commercial opportunities in girls’ passion spaces.Collaborate with cross-functional and Regional Marketing partners, encouraging clear communication.Lead collaboration with IP partners.Establish a long-term strategic direction in partnership with the Head of Product and Project Lead Team.Lead global selling-in for successful deployment.Monitor business performance, using relevant insights to inform product and marketing development.Develop and implement global launch and marketing activation plans to engage girls through LEGO® building experiences.Ensure a strong brand presence across all touch points, working closely with internal marketing, agency, market partners, and IP partners.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Global Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium and long term – and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.The Marketing function is responsible for identifying conceptual opportunities based on the overall marketing objectives and strategies and for developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market.
