About the job Stepping into the IT Security Services team in Arla IT, consisting of 10 skilled colleagues, you will join a hub for IT Security at Arla and get to work alongside talented and experienced partners – both internally and externally. You will be working from our HQ in Viby J, Denmark or our Global Shared Service center in Gdansk, Poland. Being a hybrid team, you can look forward to working with a high degree of flexibility and in agreement with your manager work remotely as needed. In this senior role, one of your key responsibilities will be to govern our external security service providers, delivering security services such as MDR, vulnerability management, firewall optimization etc. Furthermore, you will be taking on an advisory role towards the Solutions team in Arla IT, performing highly complex security assessment of new solutions and providing feedback to the business. In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to: Supervise and improve security incident response processes and systems Apply best practices and standards recommended by NIST, ISO, Mitre and other frameworks Identify and implement relevant security enhancements in close collaboration with our partners Act as business owner for security projects Provide input and advisory regarding Arla IT security policies and baselines to strengthen the Arla security control framework. Provide guidance and training to colleagues in IT Security Who are you? As this is an outgoing role with several stakeholders, it goes without saying that your communication and collaboration skills are excellent. You have a solid IT security foundation and stand by your decisions and recommendations – also when under pressure from stakeholders. Moreover, we rely on your expertise, and accordingly, you need to: Have some years of experience with network security components such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Protection (IDS/IPS) systems and tools Have some years of experience working in or supporting a SIEM environment Be well-informed on security industry trends, mitigation techniques and security technologies Be able to translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk terminology for business units and recommend corrective actions Application and contact
