About the job You will be part of our Global Customer Operations Department of 50 employees at our HQ in Aarhus. Here, you will take the lead of our Logistics Coordinator team of 14 responsible for the Europe and Eastern Europe. We handle the complete order-to-cash processes, order creation, transportation bookings and tasks regarding export documents in a strong cooperation with our stakeholders, partners and customers. In our department (GCO) we strive to be one winning team. A unity, where you will make sure that everyone develops their skills through coaching, support and annual performance reviews. Moreover, you set the professional direction and goals by prioritising, planning and following up on tasks, hence finding the best solutions for new projects together with our stakeholders – from air & train to traditional road freight. In your role, you will serve as a guarantee for us to deliver top-quality service that we provide high-class service to the customers as you will function as a service provider of knowledge – both on an internal and external level in a global context. Finally, you will join Arla’s Global Customer Operations management team together with our 2 managers responsible for Africa, Middle East & America’s and the Far East participating in weekly meetings where we share learnings and information. You will have approximately 10-15 travel days a year where you for example meet with relevant stakeholders in the markets and our dairies as well as participating in and leading quarterly meetings.
