About the team You will be a part of our AP Engineering and Maintenance team within Manufacturing Development in Injectable Finished Products, Product Supply. Your working place will be at our global specialist centre in Bagsvaerd. Our overarching mission is to minimise and/or eliminate human interventions during manufacturing of our injectable products by means of e.g., robotics and automation. The job Your overall objective is to be the future technical anchor for one of our newly introduced and highly advanced monitoring systems for our aseptic productions worldwide. Aseptic production requires strict monitoring of particles and viables in the production facilities and we have recently as the first in the industry introduced a new technology for monitoring the air cleanliness. You will act as central specialist on this technology, supporting our production sites with implementation, use and maintenance knowledge and you will facilitate knowledge sharing across our international production sites. Furthermore, you will be key in troubleshooting in case of unforeseen issues or equipment break-down and you will be the bridge between supplier and users. You will be on top of the newest hardware and software updates to the equipment and you will set the company direction on update and maintenance strategy. To succeed in the role and with all associated tasks you need to have a strong engineering background and you possess the ability to acquire the needed in depth knowledge of equipment technology and functionality. You will drive a frequent interaction with the equipment owners on the production sites and this will require strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Hold an engineering degree or similar or have obtained extensive knowledge about measuring technologies Have min 5 years experience working with maintenance or development of highly specialised measurement equipment Are familiar with monitoring equipment in highly regulated environmentsAre skilled within integration of measurement systems in IT structuresHave good networking and communication skills. Apart from this, aseptic production experience, clean room knowledge and general GMP knowledge are all considered great plusses. As you will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Novo Nordisk as well as external partners, strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.
