About the job In Gdansk, you will join Arla’s Data Privacy Team and together with the team set out the data privacy strategy and GDPR requirements in Arla. You will work close together with all 10 Agile Release Trains in Arla, where you will advise about Data Privacy. Likewise, you will work close together with IT Operations Security, Legal, Risk & Compliance (RCC) department and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team where you will align on security and access entitlements. This job position would require business travels mainly between our IT Hubs in Viby, DK and Gdansk, PL, to give the opportunity to work even closer with everyone across the different departments. This should be expected 5-8 times a year. You will be responsible for driving our Data Privacy agenda in relation to IT systems, applications, platforms, etc. in Arla. You will be advising and educating the Arla Business in data privacy related topics, secure they have a data privacy mindset and enable them to deliver GDPR compliant solutions with needed GDPR policies. You will support our organization in identifying and mitigating any GDPR related risks in concrete tasks and projects, to bring them into the different Release Trains for mitigation. Specifically, you will: Cooperate with/have stakeholder management skills to effectively cooperate with Legal, RCC (Risk & Compliance), IT Operations, Release Train Management (RTM) in IT Solutions and other business functions, Be able to transform business data privacy needs to IT solutions and mater to ensure business value, Advise the RTM to include data privacy topics into their backlog and enable the mindset of data privacy in all future projects / Epics, Closely cooperate with our IT Operations Security and Risk & Compliance (RCC) department aligning on security standards, supporting them in creating the correct data privacy security policies, controls, etc. , Advice our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Teams to correct user access entitlements – Access Management solution quality assurance. Who are you? You are focused and persistent about achieving goals and can create great collaboration between Legal, RCC, IT Operations and Release Train Management (RTM). You know how to plan your tasks and stick to your plan and follow-up where needed. You will be working with a complex stakeholder environment, spanning different cultures. Thus, you have great facilitation skills and thrive engaging with people of different cultures and from various backgrounds. Furthermore, you: Have a master degree within IT or other relevant areas with a minimum 3 years of experience working in data privacy area, Are experienced in implementing GDPR in IT, Have a good understanding of IT Security architecture and general IT security mindset, Are experienced in ISO certification processes (ISO , , ), Have experience in coordination between different areas of responsibility in complex deliveries and system environments, Experience in working with privacy management software, Are creative and having the ability to help the team to develop innovative solutions, Are experienced in Agile delivery methodology – would be a plus, Have CIPP/E & CIPM certifications – would be a plus, Speak and write English effortlessly.
