You will be the subject matter expert leading technical engagements and working side-by-side with our diverse clients and partners to transform their needs into solutions.  This role can be based in Copenhagen or Vejle.What you’ll do: Work closely with our clients and partners to understand their needs and challenges and apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions. Leverage our products and services by providing your communications expertise and technical product knowledge during implementations. Run workshops and training sessions to customers.Develop communications tailored to specific audiences. Design, lead and oversee the execution of implementations; look at new ways to design solutions. Enhance your knowledge by participating in events, contributing to blogs, and collaborating with other teams to share knowledge and provide feedback.Continually work to enhance professional services methodologies, deployment practices to achieve greater quality and efficiency. What we’re looking for: Strong selling and communication skills for solution design, needs analysis, envisioning, and solution demonstration Enthusiasm for technology and strong hands-on attitude 3+ years experience with internal communications or employee experience 3+ years of experience with project co-ordination 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Basic CSS, JavaScript, HTML knowledge LiveTiles is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
