Are you experienced in leading, identifying, and growing business opportunities within the renewable energy sector? At Swire Renewable Energy, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to help grow our business servicing the world’s renewable infrastructure. You’ll be a part of our Commercial team that represents Swire Renewable Energy in the industry and interfaces with our customers to identify and secure opportunities to deliver our services in both new and existing markets. You will play an important role in:Expanding the customer base of Swire Renewable Energy and maturing commercial relationships with existing customers.Developing opportunities to cross-sell services to existing customers.Shaping the business development strategy and implementing new initiatives to grow the business.Leading delivery of commercial proposals to customers in response to tenders and RfQs.Managing the reviews, discussions, and negotiations throughout the entire contracting process.What we are looking for:Established network within the renewables (Wind and Solar) sector with a track record of proactively originating and securing new opportunities.Ability to work across finance and operations teams to package integrated services and deliver commercially attractive proposals to customers.Understanding of pricing and contracting for services and full-scope projects that increase the bottom line.Experience in contracting and negotiating with customers to balance risk and opportunity.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in English with an additional language beneficial.
