Senior Capacity Partner – Novo Nordisk – Bagsværd

The position As a Senior Capacity Partner, you will be responsible for driving key processes and strategic discussions related to our global manufacturing network capacities that delivers our life-saving medicine to patients worldwide. Key responsibilities include: Drive and support mid- and long-term capacity planning processes. Collect data, create insights, and propose recommendations related to our global manufacturing network production capacities. Analyse and prepare production related business cases for management and facilitate required discussions. Create management decision making material and communication packages towards our global stakeholders. Furthermore, you will also become a part of a global Capacity Partner network where we unite to continuously improve our capacity planning practices and develop competencies. You will be working out of Bagsværd, Denmark and occasional travel to world-wide Novo Nordisk sites will be required. Qualifications Your experiences include: Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or similar. 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management in an international organization, preferably from the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Change management and the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements. LEAN and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge is considered advantageous. On a personal level, you have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are capable to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent support to colleagues across the organisation. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team and are fluent in written and spoken English. About the department The IFP Capacity Planning & Analysis department is responsible for global manufacturing network mid- and long-term production capacity planning, production forecasting & reporting, and supply risk management. We set IFP capacity planning standards to our global manufacturing network and strive for continuous improvements. We work closely with our colleagues in IFP Business Support, and stakeholders from within Supply Chain organization, Manufacturing Development as well as stakeholders at the global manufacturing facilities.
