If so, join us as a Senior Business Partner in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) to contribute with strategic decision-making and shape the future of our growing global manufacturing network! About the departmentIFP Finance & Procurement is a part of Business Support located in the Bagsværd HQ – an international and high-performing department consisting of around 40 people from approx. 10 countries. IFP Finance & Procurement is responsible for driving process excellence, optimal resource allocation, delivering insights and actions based on our data available and being a proactive partner to the organisation by ensuring low unit cost short and long term. You will join a diverse and high-performing team of 9 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our varying experience to create novel ideas and high-quality solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the global (IFP) organisation. You will be working in the headquarters with an environment characterised by innovation, openness, and highly engaged colleagues who work dedicated to helping us change lives for the better for patients worldwide. The positionAs our new Senior Business Partner, your focus will be to drive Procurement excellence and facilitate successful collaboration between all our 7 production sites and global Procurement functions. Furthermore, you will be involved in driving our Procurement community with Procurement managers from each production site and unite around the IFP Procurement ambition together with the Finance & Procurement Director. Your main responsibilities will include: Drive procurement excellence initiatives in IFP in close collaboration with Procurement functions at all 7 production sites Identify and create transparency on challenges and opportunities to facilitate decisions in IFP Mgmt. and other relevant fora.Actively contribute towards decisions related to supply chain optimisations to identify the most attractive financial solution. You will drive several initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels of the organisation, which requires you to have good project management and stakeholder management skills. In the future, you can expect up to 2-6 weeks of travelling yearly to the other production sites.  QualificationsMaster in relevant field combined with 3-5 years of experience, preferably within procurement.Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure. Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels while driving agendas in an independent fashion.Skilled communicator and capable of making effective decision recommendations You have confidence and ability to set directions in developing business cases and constructively challenge on all levels of the organisation.Fluent in spoken and written English.The team welcomes an individual who is confident, outgoing, ambitious and thrives working amongst similar minded professionals who are driven and motivated to meet deadlines.
