Be the Global Lead Strategist on the Culture & Purpose initiatives for the LEGO Master brand!“This is a truly unique opportunity to join a world-class strategic team and become a co-builder of the future culture and purpose topics of the LEGO brand”This position is a one-year maternity cover, starting from mid-June or earlier.Core Responsibilities• Be a strategic sparring partner to the Global Brand Team• Hold in depth knowledge of Brand Strategy development• Use and distil data and qualitative research to inform strategy and decision-making• Strong interest and knowledge of past, current, and future Culture & Purpose conversations• Craft sharp and compelling creative briefs that spark creative solutions• Confident input-giver into creative ideas, able to drive them forward together with the CreativesFurther, you will be responsible on feeding in cultural insights to the broader team of strategists.This requires an ongoing download and inspiration from various sources as well as drive Inspiration Sessions & Workshops to provoke continuous improvement of our work to be more culturally relevant.Play your part in our team succeedingThe LEGO Agency is the global LEGO in-house advertising agency, creating award-winning and compelling content and campaigns for the LEGO brand.The Global Communication Strategy department is all about understanding audience behaviors and inspiring creative work. The team leads and develops strategies for all LEGO channels, earned, owned, and paid.Do you have what it takes?• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Culture or similar• 5+ years’ experience in Advertising and/or Culture Marketing• Experience – working directly with senior executives• A deep understanding of Brand- and/or Cultural Strategy, with a proven track record• A passion for everything related to Culture & Purpose conversations• Creative eye and instinctive knowledge of what sparks meaningful conversations in culture• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to influence creative• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal• Experience – working in a global role or with a global brand• Experience – working with large teams and cross-org collaborations• Excellent presentation skills• Must be proficient in English – Level 13 – advanced C1
