We are hiring a Seed/Forage Sales Representative Denmark & Sweden.

The Seed/Forage Sales Representative will be a part of our Corteva Nordic Seed Business organization and in the day to day responsible for our sales in Denmark.You will be responsible for identifying and building the daily successful relationships with key growers, advisories’ and our business partners.. you will successfully create the demand for our Pioneer branded seeds out in the market by promoting the benefits, positioning and placement of Pioneer forage and seed product portfolio. The success parameter are to increase the sales and market share of the Corteva portfolio of Oil Seed Rape seeds, Corn seeds and our forage products.

Your Challenge:

  • As a part of the Nordic Corteva Seed team successfully promote the Pioneer Winter Oil Seed Rape and Corn varities aswell as the new Forage portfolio to the Danish farmers.
  • Professionally build and continually develop customer and business partner network working closely in the day to day with Farmers, Adviser organizations and other partners in Danish Agriculture.
  • Make Corteva and our Pioneer brands know for its quality by effectively communicate and advise on the benefits while be present at different events such as field/trial days, Farm testing, customer presentation.
  • Identify and manage strip/demo trials across primary Dairy and OSR production area in Denmark and Sweden.
  • Manage current customers and achieve sales goals within the region with support of the business strategy and marketing plan.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners, field scientists/agronomists/nutritionists and account managers to position the Pioneer Forage/Seed portfolio and deliver value.
  • Stay informed on local market trends, customer needs, competitive products, programs, and pricing structures and provide ongoing feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct all activities with a high level of professionalism and represent the company each day in a manner that is ethical, respectful and would reflect positively on the company and the ag industry.

    Qualifications

    To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Technician/Bachelor/Master’s in agriculture or essential practical experience in agriculture preferably within seed business and forage and Dairy Business.
  • Solid technical background and sales experience in agricultural business
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and partners
  • Fluency in English and Danish
