Scrum master – Digitalisation – Novo Nordisk – Bagsværd

Are you an experienced scrum master who is passionate about the agile mindset more than methodologies and do you want to work with a smaller organisation to further develop our agile capabilities? Would you also find it interesting to manage our portfolio of digitalisation Products from Ideas through to retirement? Then you could be our new colleague. We are looking for a scrum master for 15 months as maternity cover. The Position You will be the scrum master on projects of varying sizes as well as helping and advising other projects on how to get the best agile setup (such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe) for the specific project. Facilitate the Agile team to efficient delivery – via facilitation and feedback, ensure that the Agile team is constantly evaluating own efficiency and taking corrective actions when improvement opportunities are identified. Support the Product Owner and entire Agile team in their efforts to facilitate a healthy dynamic team environment and help resolve conflicts and drive motivation in the Agile team. Work with stakeholders to understand needed future capabilities, and in cooperation with the Agile team, People Leaders, and others, ensure build-up of these capabilities. Facilitate the team in adopting DevOps and built-in quality. Help identify IT enablers and facilitate prioritization and execution. Promote Agile quality practices. Keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate, if necessary, by working with the Agile team and other stakeholders to help solve impediments, facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependencies, apply organisational understanding and power to solve impediments quickly. Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews, maintain relevant team metrics and follow-up on team measurements, facilitate and support the Agile team to deliver according to agreements. We would also need you to help manage our portfolio of Digitalisation initiatives from rough ideas to retirement of solutions. Setting up the structure in Azure DevOps keeping the portfolio process running and ensuring we get the right input in the form of filled out templates, that initiatives are ready to be presented and facilitating prioritisation meetings at the different stages of our process. Qualification & Experience Certified Scrum Master/SAFe DevOps. More than 2 years’ experience working with Lean-Agile principles, methodology and events. Understand the Agile mindset and culture. Knowledge on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps. Experience with stakeholder management and good communication and negotiation skills. Good facilitation skills and knowledge on team dynamics. Some experience working with a portfolio of initiatives. Capable of handling a co-located team. Basic knowledge or experience working with UX/UI and design thinking is seen as an advantage. About the department In Novo Nordisk Digital Quality we are responsible for driving Data & Digital transformation and Innovation across the Global Novo Nordisk Quality Organisation. We consist of a central team that is responsible for Strategy, follow up and support, and two departments: Quality Data & Insights and Process Digitalisation. Quality Data & Insights are responsible for Data management of Quality owned data and providing valuable insights on Quality performance in an effective way to all levels in the organisation, through everything from one of analysis over dashboards to Machine Learning tools. Process Digitalisation is responsible for making Digital Products that makes our Quality processes simpler and more effective. We have a tech stack that ranges from No-code/low-code to full stack. Our area is a group of engaged and highly skilled colleagues based at Novo Nordisk headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark and our Global Service Center in India.
