You will advise and accompany our customers* from the analysis to the optimization of business processes to the implementation in SAP – all without travel at the Cologne location! You are responsible for the holistic support and further development of the personnel management solutions operated for our customers*innen in SAP HCM Your strength lies in the analysis and evaluation of business processes as well as in the creation of implementation concepts for solutions in SAP HCM and adjacent SAP and non-SAP components (including interfaces). You will assume functional and technical responsibility for the solution concepts, taking into account new technologies (e.g. Cloud and Fiori) and accompany the implementation in cooperation with our HCM development team You will work in the ongoing and upcoming customer* and release projects (e.g. S4/HANA) and also take responsibility at an early stage YOUR PROFILE Prerequisite for occupation: A completed scientific university degree in the field of study of computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or information technology (master’s degree, master’s degree, university diploma) or Other employees who can demonstrate equivalent skills and experience due to many years of professional activity. Desirable: In-depth comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM business processes – acquired through at least five years of work with the task of independent implementation of differently pronounced technical requirements using various SAP HCM modules in projects or through individual assignments. Many years of professional experience in customizing and user support in the SAP modules OM, PA, PY, PT and CP including ESS/MSS, ALE and PFCG. Strong consulting expertise in the central SAP HCM modules. Several years of experience in the creation and implementation of system technical SAP HCM solution concepts. Experience as a project manager preferably in SAP HCM projects.
