Apply now!The positionAs Advanced Business Analyst, you will be part of an agile team working with the deployment of solutions within the SAP Sales & Distribution module across the world. You will collaborate closely with the affiliates, manufacturing sites and our agile organisation in Supply chain IT, where you will engage in the agile release train called Plan & Purchase including line of business, IT team members, as well as external vendors. The team you will be working with comprises aprox. 10 highly skilled and passionate project members based primarily in Denmark and India. The team has an ambitious road map.You will be acting as a liaison between the LoB/end users and IT systems delivery teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions. The role is responsible for identifying and analysing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. You will be making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. You will also be creating and implementing best practise IT solutions with high impact on global business results.  Furthermore, the Advanced Business Analyst will seek to understand the business requirements, translate it to application requirements and document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices). You will also be involved in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues across the supply chain, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business requirements. To achieve this goal, you will be working closely together with a wide range of stakeholders both in IT and in line of business. A high level of quality must be ensured in your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements. QualificationsYou have 5+ years of experience within the SAP SD module.You have several years of experience configuring within SAP Logistics modules and have a solid understanding of integration between the modules and systems.You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset. You can keep the overview of the high-level solution and processes, but you are able to perform analysis on a detailed level as well.You are fluent in both written and spoken English and have experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.You are experienced working in an Agile Organisation, and it is furthermore an advantage if you have experience with the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations. About the departmentManufacturing IT, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.Working at Novo NordiskNovo Nordisk is its people.
