We are based between Aarhus and Viborg in Rødkærsbro, Denmark. Together with the Sales Support team, you will coordinate customer contact and customer communication, ensure thoroughly prepared and complete order basis, control and execute the whole order management and quotation/proposal process. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Build sales quotations and orders on standard products and spare parts in the ERP system and maintain the sales order portfolio. Become the link between the customer and the Emerson organization and ensure qualified and timely communication (through e-mail and phone). Support the Emerson DK Sales department with day-to-day tasks. Support sales negotiations and coordinate LC activities, including changes, required documentation and follow up throughout the organization. Follow-up on: actions agreed with customers as stated in contracts, payment plans and overdue payments, customer delivery plans and orders, customer credit insurance, subscription orders and ensuring the ERP system is updated on recurring basis, customer claims in coordination with the Quality department and ad hoc support to the organization. Ensure a high level of communication between Sales, Pre-Sales and Supply Chain. Ensure customer and supplier compliance and end-user screening. Handle the assigned customer portfolio. For This Role, You Will Need: • Proven IT skills (ERP – Axapta, CRM). • Experience in sales support and order handling. • Proven skills in verbal and written Danish and English. • Structured with high focus on details Who You Are: You are self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about making an impact and always acts with integrity.
