SALES MANAGER OEM DACH – PentaLock – Aalborg

PentaLock is an upcoming and fast-developing Danish partner for bicycle manufacturers and brands with its innovative integrated bike lock and additional services.PentaLock is looking to recruit a Sales Manager OEM for the DACH region for our growing team. Someone who is eager to join a growing and innovative international-oriented company and who is ready to shape the future!The Sales Manager DACH will be part of the Sales team. Together with the rest of the team you will be responsible for the further development of your markets and realizing the growth strategy.You will be a part of a commercial team reporting to the CSO in close cooperation with the back office.Responsibilities * Drive profitable growth in your region by maximizing share in existing markets and identifying new areas for profitable growth, relationship management, and long-term planning * Lead OEM sales in the DACH region and ensure good alignment within Customer Service, and Product Development * Ensure close and efficient cooperation with the back-office support team * Planning and forecasting * Although you work mostly remotely, you show leadership and presence by being available, accessible, and proactive in communication with all stakeholders. * Close contact with customers by frequent traveling in the DACH area * Report monthly the progress on account plans, revenue projections, and activities that help further develop our growth ambitions * Participating in the strategic development internally and externally through partnerships A passionate and result-driven profile * Knowledge and experience within the bike industry is a requirement * Sales-related network within the bike and micro mobility industry * Business fluent in German and English. Either French or Spanish is a big plus * Experience in working with OEM customers * Working experience within a commercial sales role * Excellent relationship builder * Able to open doors and resilient character * Proven track record of meeting and or exceeding targets * Strong capability and track record of getting things done and closing deals * Working experience with CRM systems * Self-operating and self-starter A dynamic business with visionsYou become a part of a dynamic and flexible organization that focuses on creating results.
