Primarily responsibilities Acquisition of direct projects Strategic development of the turnover in Nordic Participating in fairs in Nordic and Germany Visits to construction places Clearing open questions of projects (from A-Z) with the clients Annual budget processing Communication with the project management in Denmark and Germany Organizing purchase and installation sources Follow up of quotes Travelling days – approximate 60 per year. Skills and experiences Minimum 5 years’ experience with project sales Native language is Swedish Fluent in English written and verbal Experienced user of Microsoft Systems Technical and/or Mercantile education Preferred commercial experience from technical industry or similar Business oriented Experienced user of CRM systems Responsible and a good follow-up ability on projects. Personal skills Very high on energy and drive Result oriented Excellent in negotiations with collaborators Self-driven Excellent in communication written and verbal Team player Client focuses oriented Quality oriented Systematic and structured Independent.
