The Center:The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Stem Cell Medicine, reNEW has its Hub at UCPH as well as nodes at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute in Melbourne, Australia, and Leiden University Medical Center in Leiden, The Netherlands. Researchers within reNEW addresses fundamental questions in stem cell and developmental biology and aim to translate research findings to products that will help patients with incurable disorders such as congenital kidney disorders, chronic ulcerative disorders, neurological disorders, diabetes, bladder defects and chronic pulmonary conditions, fertility and liver disorders. The reNEW Copenhagen Node is now seeking a highly motivated administrative student assistant for 10 hr/week, starting as soon as possible or upon agreement with the chosen candidate. Job description The administrative assistant is expected to support with the following tasks: Supporting the maintenance of the local webpage and intranet as well the preparation of the weekly newsletter. Preparing digital and printed communication material Supporting internal data collection and management Supporting internal and external event organization Ad hoc tasks Qualifications and qualities Candidates are expected to be currently enrolled in an educational program (active students). Experience using MS Excel and digital editing tools is an advantage. Very good English skills are essential. Employment conditions Employment conditions will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Organizations of Public Employees –governmental institutions (the OAO-S collective agreement) under HK/STAT, labor grade 1. Salary is DKK 132,24 per hour. Varying working hours is to be expected, but the average working hours is ten hours per week.
