The position You will be the voice of the business and the end-users, and act as leader for the new electronic logging system, which is a no-code platform that will be implemented across Novo Nordisk’s production sites throughout the world. The product is in an early stage, where the Minimum Viable Product has been released to the first pilot sites. You will set-up direction for the team, be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for the product. You will use agile methodologies and be responsible for developing and maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing the product backlog items, clearly communicate priorities and requirements to the team and other stakeholders, as well as, reviewing the work of the delivery team. Together with the team, you will navigate complex changes, drive change management, and support stakeholders throughout the electronic logging system life cycle. Qualifications You hold a master’s degree in the relevant discipline You have + 5 years’ experience working in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry You have a successful track record handling complex projects You have worked closely with Line of Business in solution and concept design You have solid knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and its supporting processes You can guide team members and stakeholders simultaneously to deliver solutions for the benefit of the business Experience working with agile methodologies and tools is a plus Fluency in spoken and written English is expected As a person, You are a good listener, engaged, focused, and see things from different perspectives You are open-minded, have a high cultural awareness, as well as the ability to motivate and avoid stressful situations You have a structured approach to your tasks, take responsibility and have a high-quality mind set You can maintain an overview also under time pressure About the department You will join the Electronic Logging department and be part of the e-Logging SCRUM team, which currently consists of a Change Owner, a Scrum Master, a System Manager, two App developers and two Subject Matter Experts. You will be located in Bagsvaerd, Denmark and actively interact with the team members in India, as well as vendor representatives in Europe and US. We are anchored in the Quality Systems unit in Novo Nordisk Quality, Bagsvaerd. Our purpose is to develop an electronic platform for quality documentation to replace physical logbooks and physical forms with electronic logging possibilities.
