Are you passionate about phenomenal craftmanship and scalable code?With our newly started digital hub in Copenhagen, we are looking to build some outstanding products whilst continuing the diverse and engaging culture we have built!Core Responsibilities• You will be part of a team who develops a unified portal for our external retailers and your focus will be on engineering quality.• Focus on how to ensure testable features, scalable environments, and a high availability of core functionalities.• Strengthen our delivery capabilities by improving Reliability Engineering, CI/CD, Observability, and Infrastructure as code.• Engage with our partners (internal and external) and make sure we solve real problems.• Engage with our excellent engineering communities for Methodologies, Architecture and Competences to both learn and share.• Bring fresh inspiration and innovation to the table as we set out to drive the digital experience to the next level for our partners.• And write (or break) some awesome code!Play your part in our team succeedingWe are forming a brand new product team that will be fully focused on creating the next level experience for our reselling partners. You will be part of forming this team and shaping the product right from the start.It is an important cornerstone in the LEGO Groups ambition to be leading the way as a fully digital company. Our partners must experience a homogeneous and meaningful interaction with the LEGO Group, and we shall help them succeed in their areas, using modern technologies and frictionless digital services.The new team will put together existing services in an end-2-end experience for our partners. Therefore we have to provide best in class services and be deeply engaged with other product teams.We are part of Marketing and Channel Technology, that is focused on the B2B domain, meaning both interacting with large vendors at a global scale and small shops in local markets.Do you have what it takes?• Experience working on a customer facing portal with various complex functionalities• Experience in creating quality or test related components and libraries that can be utilised in development, build, deploy and bug hunting situations.• Experience with chaos engineering, reliability engineering or related fields• Hands-on experience with cloud environments.• Experience working on critical services and ensuring operational quality using modern observability tools.• Experience utilising analytical tools to answer questions and gather insights and to improve the service.• The passion to build outstanding experiences for the consumers of our services• An equal amount of passion to work with fellow product teams in finding the best solutions across services.Nice to have• Hands-on experience with test frameworks, CI/CD tools, modern monitoring, metrics tools ect. Also knowledge of scalability in distributed systems is a plus.• Cross-functional and team mentality – no tasks is off-limits if it needs doing. We only succeed together.• Prototype-first approach to ideas and feature definition.• Ability to systematically troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems• Actively share knowledge and contribute to communities• OpenSource contribution experience is a plus
