Primary responsibilities Offer technical support to the Business Development Manager Offer technical support to the distributors and end customers Calculate projects incl. sketches (AUTOCAD & Inventor) Coordinate projects (also on-site) Project research Assist in developing customer’s relationship Consult to the distributors and end customers on the phone Search for suppliers and installations teams and to coordinate these teams in projects Assist in administration (Quotation & Calculations) Offer technical support to Advance Systems Management (ASM). Skills and experiences Technical background Experiences working with technical support Technical interest and understanding Knowledge to Benelux business culture Strong IT-skills Fluent in Dutch and English language verbal/written Knowledge to German language is preferable Responsible and a good follow-up ability Flair and experience in developing customers Preferable knowledge to the storage industry.
