About the departmentWithin the area we are approximately 100 colleagues across Medical &Science, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Operations and Project Management. We are responsible for driving the very important portfolio of incretin-based therapies for patients living with diabetes. The projects cover all the way from first in human testing in phase 1, dose finding (phase 2), through efficacy in phase 3 and new indications and safety studies in phase 4.GLP-1 Diabetes project management area is anchored in Clinical Drug Development under our Development organisation and located in the Copenhagen area in Denmark About the positionThe Project Director will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, plan and drive key activities for our development projects. The job holds amble opportunities for personal and leadership development. If you already work for Novo Nordisk it may also be possible to work remotely from another country, if you are prepared to travel to Denmark as needed (likely 1-2 days every 2 weeks). QualificationsDue to the nature of the projects in scope the preferred candidate has some experience with late-stage drug development. In addition, to apply for this job you should have a flair for collaborative leadership and a very good understanding of the pharma value chain.
