About the role As a Product Owner your role is to gather requirements from our strategy & product management team, customers and partners. Together with your colleagues in engineering you will discover and deliver exciting new capabilities for our products and services. Your job is to make sure we build the next wave of business value generating, and innovative solutions to our customers. The platform team focuses on some of the most central elements of our products: Our engine for calculating what access rights identities should have, to ensure that the right people have the right access at the right time for the right reasons, but also key aspects of the solution like main integration APIs, security model, and other core features of the platform. Job responsibilities Work with customers, business, design, engineering, and product teams to create transformational IGA experiences for our customers Liaise between Product Management and the Development team and convert the business requirements into specifications required for development Drive an agile product lifecycle of the SCRUM team: drive discovery of new solutions, user story build-out, prioritization and minimal adorable product assessment, Synthesize requirements into user stories to align with underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and drive efforts to meet demanding timelines, Clarify, prioritize, and drive commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability, Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefits, Effectively manage market expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer, business, and technology needs. Coordinate with other Products Owners and Development teams Qualifications In this position you will draw upon your deep business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating reliable and maintainable products and services. You should be open to new challenges, extremely good at multi-tasking, innovative, creative, self-directed and a great team player. You must have a solid technical background, and topics like API design, scalable cloud architecture or penetration testing should not be foreign to you. We expect of you: 5-7+ years of industry experience as a Product Owner, Product or Program Manager within a technology environment, with a successful record of delivering complex software systems or services, Architect or Developer experience a plus, Previous knowledge of the Cyber Security domain is a plus, Familiarity with SaaS services and continuous delivery, Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of choices and identify what truly matters, problem solving skills is a must, Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of business and technical leadership, Comprehensive understanding of software processes (from specifications to testing and deployment) is critical in this role.
