EVP Area Service – Global Service Commercial & Products – Strategy & BusinessCommercial management office department within the Global Service Business Unit is working across the commercial business areas of the Service business. In close collaboration with global functions and service regions across the globe we are improving the service product strategies, business strategies and day-to-day improvements supporting Vestas´ “Profitable Growth” strategy.ResponsibilitiesThe role reports directly to Head of Commercial Management Office. As Specialist, Product Lifecycle (PLC) management, you will bring expertise and experience from project management and process management while having a solid business understanding for developing and directing cross functional processes and ensure deliverables across various business functions.This position focuses on commercial product lifecycle, including but not limited to:* Develop, own, and govern the commercial PLC framework in an efficient way* Actively support of the product ownership departments ensuring progression and compliance with the product life cycle process* Build and implement the framework to which our product ownership departments should operate within* Global interface with group functions on system and solutions* Evaluate and improve product relevance from a value-chain perspective in close collaboration with business and finance* Continuously improve and set the agenda for refinement of the product strategy framework and ensure best practice in close relationship with regional sales in the regions* Contribute to the development of commercial service sales plans and strategic initiatives within Global ServiceQualifications* 5 – 10 years of highly relevant product-, project- or process management experience with preference for renewables* Master’s degrees within Engineering, Business* Wind industry experience is a benefit but not a prerequisite* Experienced working with IT or technical projects/programs * Project management experience and used to work with various stakeholders across various functions* Ability to “connecting the dots” and “seeing the solution”* Solid communication skills and ability to bring people together and work in the same directionCompetencies* Ability to familiarize with various system and processes across business functions* Able to translate and convey business and technical requirements back and forth for bridging and building one solution* Positive and solution-oriented mindset* Solid communication and presentation skills.
